CallKar ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect when you use the CallKar voice-to-voice calling app and how we use, store, and protect it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, phone number, email, age, gender, state, language and profile picture (for creators).
  • Usage data: call duration, call metadata (start/end time, participants), wallet transactions, in-app actions and device info.
  • Payments: processed by third-party payment gateways; we store transaction IDs and status, not full card details.

CallKar is a voice-only platform. We do not record the audio content of your calls, and we do not share, sell, or listen to conversations except where required by law.

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate the App, connect Users with Creators, and process wallet recharges.
  • To verify age and identity of creators.
  • To keep the platform safe: detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Community Guidelines.
  • To send service-related notifications and, with consent, marketing.

3. Anonymity

Users and Creators are identified on calls by display name only. Personal contact details are never shared between users on the platform.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share data only with:

  • Payment gateways, cloud hosting, telephony and analytics providers strictly to run the service.
  • Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required by Indian tax and IT laws. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

7. Children

CallKar is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing Support@CallKar.Online.

9. Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App.
